ACS International LLC embeds Quality Assurance from inception and throughout every phase of our projects. The primary methods of assuring the quality of services are
appropriate advance planning, assignment of sufficient qualified staff resources, provision of appropriate tools, and establishment of rigorous program and project
management techniques.

ACS’s ISO 9001-derived QMS covers all aspects of contract and task order management demanding quality planning, execution, and monitoring of all work performed at the
PD/PM level.   At award, ACS immediately issues internal task orders or subcontractor delivery order/purchase order.  These documents include internal checkpoints in addition
to the task order’s requirements allowing for rapid identification of problems or potential schedule delays and provide for proactive problem resolution to minimize performance
impacts.  ACS’s workflow controls are firmly established in our QMS procedures.

A Task Management Plan is prepared for each task, identifying baselines for: schedule and milestones, manpower utilization, budget, deliverables, product quality criteria,
inspection/testing requirements, materials management, training requirements, calibrated equipment needs, document and design control, quality records generation and
maintenance, and other requirements for which performance is measured.

For projects requiring construction, installation, or other field work, ACS will provide a Safety Plan (SP), approved and signed by the ACS Project Manager, Site Coordinator, and
the customer Safety Officer.  It will cover all project activities related to installation and site safety and procedures. Compliance with this SP is required for all Team personnel,
third parties, and subcontractors that participate in project activities.  The ACS Team will exercise the responsibility for implementing this SP through the PD, PM, Site
Coordinator; and the Project Engineer.  Actions will include:

  • Submit Safety Plans as required,
  • Maintain an approved copy of the SP in the Site Job Office at all times,
  • Comply with all aspects of the SP,
  • Designate a Point of Contact who will be available to coordinate immediate response to correct and construction-related safety issues,
  • Provide workers who are familiar with the SP, and supervisors who will continually monitor construction activity,
  • Restrict movement of construction vehicles by appropriate flags and barricades,
  • Provide escorts as required by regulations,
  • Ensure that no construction personnel enter any Air Operational Areas.

ACS uses a proven internal accounting system to monitor and accurately report financial and contractual performance.  Each task/ subtask is entered into the contract master
file with an initial task/subtask cost estimate.  As required, comprehensive reports are prepared containing precise tracking of current costs compared to budgeted estimates,
contract-spending plans, estimates-to-complete (including cost breakdown and hours), and contract summary reports.  These reports include subcontractor performance, the
status of milestone by task and detailed information on labor, materials, and ODCs for the current reporting period, and updated total task expenditures, remaining funds, and
current and projected burn rates to provide an accurate picture of total contract performance.
